Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; therefore, I request at least 24 to 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancelations made with less then 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. No-Shows : Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in 100% of the reserved service amount. Late Arrivals: I allow a 15 minute grace period. If you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you are feeling under the weather Please go ahead and give me a call ! I always understand if you are not feeling well and I would rather reschedule you then spread germs !!!
